By accessing and using the Flash USDT Protocol platform, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before initiating a transaction.

1. Service Lifecycle

Flash USDT is a digital asset with a specific technical propagation lifecycle. Every purchase includes a guaranteed 365-day validity period from the moment of successful wallet delivery.

2. Delivery Commitment

Upon verification of your USDT payment (approx. 12 block confirmations), our automated system will initiate the protocol transfer. Standard delivery time is 10-15 minutes, depending on network congestion.

3. Resale Rights

Users who purchase "Elite" or "Enterprise" plans are granted non-exclusive commercial rights to resell the received Flash USDT assets within their own private networks or platforms.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final once the delivery protocol has been initiated. If the technical delivery fails to arrive within 2 hours, a diagnostic review will be triggered automatically.

5. User Responsibility

It is the user's absolute responsibility to provide the correct receiving wallet address. Assets sent to incorrect addresses provided by the user cannot be recovered by the protocol.
